Stopped Working after a few days

I was very excited to use this product. It worked for a few days and then stopped. It attempts to run for a few minutes and then shuts off with an error code. I have tried to get someone to respond to my issue but no one will reply to my emails. I will be forced to dispute this with my credit card company so that I can be refunded.
